Theatre Museum Athens

The museum was firstly housed in the basement of the Cultural Centre of the city of Athens. It has been founded by the Greek Theatre Writers Society in 1983. The Theatre museum offers an extensive library for those who want to learn more about the Greek theatre and of course everyone can enjoy the permanent exhibitions. You will be able to see impressive theatrical sets and costumes, personal items of great actors, photographs and many more.
