At the onset of the summer season 2004, the sleek, 133-room Fresh Hotel came into being, adding a hip and fresh location with subtle, state-of-the-art contemporary lifestyle design to the diversity of the city hotel and nightlife scene. All of the Fresh hotel rooms are designed in the same rejuvenating brightly colored style so characteristic of the area, including the Magenta Restaurant and the elegant Orange Bar serving fresh-from-the-market nouveau grec menus.
